Blue Ribbon offers a dinner menu that features signature dishes such as oysters on the half shell, beef marrow and fried chicken complimented by a selection of cocktails and wines.
New creations exclusive to the Las Vegas location include Bourbon-Glazed Duroc Pork Chop, Baked Oyster with Spinach and Garlic Parmesan Aioli and most notably, an array of offerings from the raw bar including shellfish, oysters, clams, shrimp and lobster.
