Using the freshest ingredients, guests can enjoy tantalizing dishes such as fresh house made dim-sum, king crab tempura, Hamachi sashimi, wagyu hot rock for sharing and wok fired favorites.
The wine list is extensive and innovative and includes over 300 wines and bubbly encased in a gorgeous glass wine cellar, visible behind the bar. Every bottle of wine served at Jing is served in a Riedel Crystal Decanter and Riedel Glassware.
